A broiled Eel on rice. Unagi is said to be a stamina-giving food. We have a custom of eating eel on a hot day in the summer to gain energy in Japan. The sauce used tastes like teriyaki sauce and is formulated to go well with the fish. The eel is also plump and very tasty. Sansho powder is sprinkled on eel. Sansho is one of typical Japanese spices. Allergen : gluten, fish, soya, sesameseeds
